Drop by the Vendor Marketplace for artisan shopping and bring the little ones by the Kids Zone for rides, games, and crafts. And of course, enjoy a cold beer or margarita while you salsa the day away!
Salsa Tasting Tent
Live Spicy! Eat Spicy! The Oxnard Salsa Festival is a celebration of all things salsa – food, music, and dance – and a place where salsa (the sauce!) reigns supreme. Under the big-top Salsa Tasting Tent, you’ll find dozens of different flavors of salsa to sample and buy. From fresh and fruity, sweet and smoky, to mild and scorching hot. It’s the region’s biggest salsa bar!
Admission to the Salsa Tent is $5 per person and includes a bag of fresh Mission tortilla chips and ten tasting tickets. Spice up your life at the Oxnard Salsa Festival. And enjoy great salsa all summer long by visiting the restaurants and gourmet grocers featured. International Cuisine
From flavorful carne asada tacos, gourmet tamales, and empanadas, to roasted corn and strawberry desserts – there are dozens of menu items to choose from in the two Festival food courts! Refreshing Bud is on tap along with frosty frozen margaritas! Or enjoy ice-cold Pepsi drinks, fresh-squeezed lemonade, and smoothies to cool your palate.
Craft & Retail Vendors
At the Oxnard Salsa Festival, the streets of downtown and Plaza Park are filled with over 100 arts, craft, and retail exhibitors coming together from all parts of California to create an eclectic shopping experience. Hand-crafted jewelry, Mexican pottery, tropical clothing, toys, garden art, hats, sunglasses, gourmet sauces, potted succulents, and Latin American imports are among the hundreds of items in the Festival Marketplace.

Kid Zone
Salsa Festival fun isn’t just for grown-ups… don’t miss the fun activities for children at the Kid Zone! There are free art and craft activities for kids of all ages to express their creativity. Kids can also get their bodies jumping and moving in a variety of inflatables.
