Prepare to be captivated by sensational live concerts and delightful movie screenings under the stars. Feel the rhythm and groove to the beats of talented musicians, or get cozy and enjoy a cinematic masterpiece with friends and family. This is your chance to experience the ultimate summer entertainment in the heart of our community.

The best part? Admission is absolutely FREE! This event is our gift to the community, providing an inclusive and unforgettable experience for everyone. Convenient community parking is available at the recreation center parking lots, surrounding park areas, and the North Hollywood metro station, ensuring a hassle-free and enjoyable visit.

TONIGHT’S EVENT: AMOR PROHIBIDO

The Amor Prohibido band has been performing together since 2014. They have been hailed by fans and critics alike as one of the best Selena tributes. Amor Prohibido has sold out more shows than any other tribute band. Nira Perez is an absolute dead-ringer for Selena, both visually and vocally. She continues to stun fans with her resemblance, exact mannerisms and identical voice to Selena. Fans agree that Amor Prohibido delivers the closest experience to the original Selena lineup. Amor Prohibido takes you back to the ’90s era when the timeless music of Selena ruled the airwaves.
