Sow the Seeds of Fun and Sustainability: SEED-SATIONAL Seed Library Kickoff! Calling all green thumbs and aspiring gardeners! The Inglewood Public Library is thrilled to announce the launch of our very own Seed Library – a treasure trove for all things seeds! Join us for the grand opening on March 1 at 4:00 PM in the Main Library, near The HUB.

Free Seeds for Your Gardening Journey

The SEED-SATIONAL Seed Library Kickoff is all about celebrating the joy of gardening and promoting sustainable practices within the community. We’ll be giving away a diverse selection of seeds absolutely FREE to anyone who attends. Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just starting out, this is a fantastic opportunity to expand your plant repertoire and embark on a rewarding adventure.

Grow Your Own Food with Fun and Ease

As part of the kickoff event, we’ll be hosting our first workshop – Seed Starters! This beginner-friendly program will guide you through the exciting process of germinating seeds and nurturing them into healthy seedlings. You’ll learn how to transform humble egg cartons into clever seed-starting planters, perfect for growing your own vegetables, herbs, or flowers. All the materials you’ll need will be provided, so come prepared to get your hands dirty and unleash your inner plant parent!

More Than Just Seeds: A Hub for Gardening Knowledge

The SEED-SATIONAL Seed Library isn’t just about handing out seeds; it’s about fostering a community of passionate gardeners.
